BeaconSeek Ltd operates this website and offers access to Courses upon payment of the relevant Course fee(s).
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly to provide the highest level of service. However, BeaconSeek Ltd takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable. There may be periods when the website may be suspended from operation because of routine maintenance or service issues beyond our control.
We reserve the right to suspend the access of any Customer if the Customer has breached the security of the site in any way, or usage such as to cause disruption of service of the website. Each Course place is linked to a specific Customer user and may not be shared with any other person; any sharing of access will result in immediate suspension of the Customer user access with no right to refund of Course fee(s) paid.

Contract (Article 6(1)(b)): When you purchase a Course, we process your name, email address, and payment information as necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations to provide you with access to the Course content.
Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): We process cookies (except strictly necessary cookies) based on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie consent banner or your browser settings.
Legal Obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): We retain Customer transaction records for 6 years from the end of the accounting period to comply with HMRC tax record-keeping requirements under UK law.
Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f)): We log IP addresses for registered users to protect our website against spam, abuse, and unauthorised access. We have determined that this processing does not override your rights and freedoms.
Who we may share your data with
We do not share any of your data with any third parties, except for data we may be obliged to supply for legal or security purposes. We do not sell your personal data under any circumstances.
How long we retain your data
We retain your personal data for the following periods:
Customer Account Information: If you register on our website as a Customer through purchasing a Course, we store the personal information you provide as part of the Checkout process (excluding payment data such as card number, expiry date and CVV data). Name, email address, and Course purchase records are retained for 6 years from the end of the accounting period in which the transaction occurred, in accordance with HMRC requirements under UK tax law.
IP Address Logs: Whenever you log in to the website we record your IP address for the purposes of counter-measures against the threat of spam or other abuse of the website. IP addresses recorded during login sessions are retained for 12 months from the date of login, after which they are automatically deleted.
Cookie Data: If you consent to cookies, the content and metadata are retained for the period specified in the individual cookie settings (typically ranging from session duration up to 12 months). You can view and manage cookie durations via the cookie consent banner.
Marketing Communications: If you subscribe to our marketing emails, we will retain your contact information until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Backup Data: Deleted personal data may remain in our backup systems for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.
All Customers can see and edit certain aspects of their personal information at any time through the Account Profile page. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
